The key to post-swim changing with a Changing Tube is to work from the TOP DOWN.

1. Quick dry with a small towel

Get excess water off using a small towel and pop the changing tube on over your head, making sure the band and the drawstring fastening is in place.

2. Tube on, swimsuit off

Remove your swimsuit straps and as you pull your Changing Tube down over your body, take your wet swim suit with you.

3. Top layers on

Dab off any excess water still lingering and start layering up from the top down.

Your arms are free to pull clothes on, while your torso stays warm.

3. Bottom layers on

Top half dressed, now move the changing tube down your body and do the same for the bottom.

4. Change complete

1. Pants off, swimsuit on

Put the changing tube on like a skirt and remove your bottom layers.

Now pull on your swimsuit to your waist.

2. Remove top half clothes

Move the Changing Tube up to below your armpits and remove your top clothing.

The band and drawstring will hold it in place while you manoeuvre below it.

3. Straps up

Finish putting your swimsuit on by pulling your straps up whilst enjoying free movement of your arms!

Step 4. Enjoy your swim
